As Ekura Elektromekanik San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Ekura"), we process your personal data in our capacity as data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed
The name and surname, company, email address, telephone number, message content and documents you share when you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp; the information contained in CVs submitted with job applications; and statistical data generated technically during your visit to our website that does not directly identify you.
3. Purposes of Processing
Responding to your requests and questions, preparing and submitting quotations, carrying out contractual processes, evaluating job applications, fulfilling our legal obligations and ensuring the security of our website.
4. Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, and is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
5. Transfer
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to the email, hosting and software providers whose services we use, to legally authorised public authorities and, where necessary, to our business partners. Some of these providers may have servers located abroad; in such cases, transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected by email, telephone, WhatsApp, our website and face-to-face meetings, through partly automated and non-automated means.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; to request rectification if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; to request its erasure or destruction where the relevant conditions are met; to request that these actions be notified to the parties to whom the data has been transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage as a result of unlawful processing.
8. Application
You may submit requests concerning your rights in writing to info@ekura.com.tr or to our head office address. Your requests will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
